Okay, some of you are wondering, “What’s a PIY Fun Pack, and is it really free?!”
Well, a PIY Fun Pack, or a Print-It-Yourself Fun Pack is a collection of digital files that you can download and print yourself. There is a PIY Fun Pack for The Monster of Blackenstyne (not to be confused with Blackenstein) that is FREE to all backers of the current Kickstarter campaign. Each PIY Fun Pack comes with the following…TWO Stickers, TWO Mini-prints, and a bonus CIY (Color-It Yourself) Print.
PIY Fun Pack mini prints — print ’em and frame ’em.
CIY (Color-It-Yourself) Print – color is, frame it, give it to your grandparents or someone else you love!As part of every reward tier, backers of the campaign will receive the digital files that they can print themselves. BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE! You can share the files with your friends and family members. Or you can print out your own stickers and give them away to people you want to impress. You can makes copies of the CIY print, and give it to all the kids you know so they can color it, because…well…it isn’t just Wu-Tang that’s for the children, The Monster of Blackenstyne (not to be confused with Blackenstein) is also for the children! The Monster of Blackenstyne (not to be confused with Blackenstein) has reached it’s initial goal on Kickstarter! Now it’s time to make our way to the stretch goals, which includes an audio drama version of the comic, read by an “all-star” cast. From the cover by Joe Jusko, to the art by Marcelo Di Chiara, to the colors by Pedro Estouco, this is a comic you will love. And let’s not forget the offensive back-up story, and the bonus pin-up gallery that round out this amazing 40-page comic book one-shot. BUT DON’T WORRY — there’s more of The Monster of Blackenstyne (not to be confused with Blackenstein) on the way!!! You heard that right! As we speak, the first in a series of on-going short comics staring The Monster are being drawn. In fact, if we hit the second stretch goal of $20k, I will increase the page count of the comic and include an extra bone-bashing, spine-shattering story featuring The Monster doing what he does best — bashing bones and shattering spines. Please consider backing this project, and sharing it with your friends and family. HERE is a link to the Kickstarter page.
