Robert did the art for some of my favorite movie posters,including Detroit 9000, Battle for the Planet of the Apes, and Hell Up in Harlem. I’m excited to share one of several variant covers (and pin-ups) for my upcoming, epic one-shot, The Monster of Blackenstyne (not to be confused with Blackenstein). This particular cover is by the incredibly talented Christian Colbert. This is a project very near and dear to my heart, and has been in development for a long time. It is a self-published, 24-page one-shot comic that will include a collection of pin-ups by various artists, as well as variant covers. The comic will serve as the starting point for a collection of short stories that will follow in 2026, right here on my Patreon. Look for more posts soon!!!
